THE ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIOXIDANT FACE SCRUB
Bicarbonate is an excellent ally in case of impure skin thanks to its antibacterial power; the
yogurt is excellent as a moisturizer, while lemon juice has an antioxidant effect. By joining them yes

Here are the necessary ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of baking soda
– 2 tablespoons of white yogurt
– milk q. b.
lemon juice q. b.

In a bowl mix the baking soda and yogurt; add a few drops of milk, if

Necessary ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon of sugar – preferably cane
– 3 tablespoons of olive or almond oil
– 2 spoons of honey

Mix everything well in a bowl and then apply the scrub on the wet face skin by moving
the fingers in a circular way, in a gentle but careful massage. Obviously, plus the grains of
sugar are small, the more delicate the scrub will be.

Leave for a few minutes and then rinse carefully with warm water.

THE SCRUB FOR THE FACE FOR DELICATE SKIN

Mix everything well in a container. Apply the scrub in the shower, so that the skin
is moist, massaging it with circular movements from the ankles to the buttocks to facilitate the return

Allow the coffee to act for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water
lukewarm.

THE SALT BODY SCRUB

How to make egg noodles

To make the tagliatell, you need to get: 300 g of 00 flour, 3 fresh eggs at room temperature, semolina to taste, salt to taste.

Once the dough is homogeneous, create a ball and put it to rest, at room temperature, by wrapping it in plastic wrap for half an hour. Now, roll out the dough on a pastry board with the help of a rolling pin, until you get a thickness of about 5 mm. If you don't have a rolling pin, you can also use a pasta machine.

Once you have obtained the dough, divide it into many regular rectangles, to be folded into three parts, sprinkling them with semolina, to prevent them from sticking on themselves. Now you can cut the roll of puff pastry at regular intervals of 7 mm. Once the pasta has been cut, remove the noodles obtained by separating them. Here they are, ready to cook and then season with Bolognese sauce.
