THE ANTIBACTERIAL AND ANTIOXIDANT FACE SCRUB
Bicarbonate is an excellent ally in case of impure skin thanks to its antibacterial power; the
yogurt is excellent as a moisturizer, while lemon juice has an antioxidant effect. By joining them yes
gets a scrub suitable for both impurities and mature skin!

Here are the necessary ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of baking soda
– 2 tablespoons of white yogurt
– milk q. b.
lemon juice q. b.

In a bowl mix the baking soda and yogurt; add a few drops of milk, if
necessary, to obtain a product that is easy to spread. Apply the scrub on the skin of the
wet face by moving your fingers in a circular way, in a gentle but careful massage.

Leave for a few minutes and then rinse carefully with warm water.

THE FACE SCRUB SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE
Doing a scrub a week is useful for renewing the most superficial layer of the skin.
You can start with the face, with a "recipe" suitable for all skin types, including male skin!

Necessary ingredients:
– 1 teaspoon of sugar – preferably cane
– 3 tablespoons of olive or almond oil
– 2 spoons of honey

Mix everything well in a bowl and then apply the scrub on the wet face skin by moving
the fingers in a circular way, in a gentle but careful massage. Obviously, plus the grains of
sugar are small, the more delicate the scrub will be.

Leave for a few minutes and then rinse carefully with warm water.

THE SCRUB FOR THE FACE FOR DELICATE SKIN
It is now known: delicate skin needs special attention. In this case the ally
perfect is rice starch, which can become an excellent exfoliant for those with very skin
sensitive thanks to its soothing properties. And it's very cheap, which never hurts …

Necessary ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of rice starch
– 2 tablespoons of argan oil (found in pharmacies, herbalists and also in many supermarkets)
– 1 tablespoon of white sugar, usually the one with the finest grains

Mix everything well in a bowl: the result is a delicate and very sweet exfoliant. Apply it
gentle scrub on wet face skin by moving your fingers in a circular way, in a gentle massage
but accurate.
Leave for a few minutes and then rinse carefully with warm water.

THE ANTI-CELLULITE BODY SCRUB
To combat cellulite, the most effective natural ingredient is coffee, useful for
deflate and drain thanks to its osmotic properties. To mocha-addicted in pure Italian style
it will be nice to know that coffee grounds can be used with this recipe.

Necessary ingredients:
– 6 tablespoons of ground coffee (or 6 coffee grounds)
Warning: using coffee powder, the scrub can be stored in a cool, dry place
until it is finished; using coffee grounds, it must be consumed within a couple of days!
– 6 tablespoons of sea salt (or brown sugar, for those with delicate skin)
– 12 tablespoons of olive oil (or 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 6 of almond oil, according to
availability)

Mix everything well in a container. Apply the scrub in the shower, so that the skin
is moist, massaging it with circular movements from the ankles to the buttocks to facilitate the return
venous.

Allow the coffee to act for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water
lukewarm.

THE SALT BODY SCRUB
Exfoliation helps cell renewal and stimulates microcirculation: this is why it is important to do it
often, and not just on the face!

The sea salt scrub is the best natural exfoliant: it cleanses the dermis in depth and, combined
with the right oil, regenerates the skin.

Necessary ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon of coarse salt (or baking soda for those who prefer a more exfoliating effect
delicate)
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil: olive oil is fine, but argan oil may be preferred for one
anti-aging effect, avocado for a super nourishing effect or sweet almond for
favor the drainage of liquids.

The quantities are obviously indicative, but it is important to respect the proportions: you have to
consider that the oil must help to obtain a product that is easy to spread. Mix
all well in a bowl. Apply the scrub in the shower, so that the skin is moist, and with
circular movements pass it gently over the whole body. Starting from the feet and going up along
the body, to promote venous return.
Once finished, rinse thoroughly with warm water.

* The promotion will continue throughout the month of May and while supplies last.
