Skewers of grapes with chocolate – Italian Cuisine

»Skewers of grapes with chocolate

First of all, wash and dry the grapes well, then melt the chocolate (I used the milk one, but the dark or white one is fine too: if you use the latter, however, you will have to change the type of chocolate for the decoration, of course) in the microwave (or in a bain-marie).

Dip the berries in the chocolate, covering them completely, placing them gradually on a tray lined with parchment paper.

One at a time, skewer your chocolate berries on the skewers, then place them on a clean sheet of parchment paper.

let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely dry, then decorate with the melted white chocolate, using a pastry bag with a very small spout.

The chocolate grape skewers are ready: let the white chocolate also solidify before serving.
