From PizzAut to Tortellante, Monza becomes MonzAut: program – Italian cuisine reinvented by Gordon Ramsay

The connection between food and music is served by Nicola Fasani, the legendary bassist Phaso: «It will be a day of great music presented without great pomp, but with a lot of substance. Imagine a nice parallel, let’s say grandma’s tagliatelle on stagemade the old fashioned way with healthy, genuine ingredients, played with passion by kids who still believe in their product, in their music and in the story they are trying to write.”

From PizzAut to Tortellante passing through SbrisolAut, the children of the 11 associations involved will be an active part of two days dedicated to celebration, music, information, but above all fun and good food. Here’s what will happen in detail.

The MonzAut program, 25 – 26 May 2024

May 25th

The day of May 25th takes the title of MONZAUT and is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Monza and PizzAUT: theentry is free.

From 5.00pm to 7.00pm in Arengario Square personalities and associations will alternate on stage for a talk show dedicated to Autism and Autonomy, with the contribution of sector experts for a deeper understanding of the needs of people with disabilities and their families. Moderated by Elisabetta Soglio, journalist and co-author of the book It is forbidden to trample on dreams with Nico Acampora.

From 7.00pm to 9.00pm musical entertainment byFacciaVista Associationwhich follows a musical DJ set workshop for children with autism.

In the square it will be possible to dine thanks to the “Aut format” food trucks, here they are 11 associations involved for food & beverage:

From 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm The associations will once again alternate on stage for a one-of-a-kind evening of entertainment.

The May 26th returns for the third edition The Concertozzo which this year is held for the first time at the U-Power Stadium – thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Monza, AC Monza and PIZZAUT – becoming The Concertozzo at the Stadiozzo.

The May 1st 2024 marks a very important day for PizzAut: the announcement of new hires and the start of the project PizzAutoBus which, thanks to its supporting companies, will literally bring the tastiest inclusion experience on the planet to every Italian province. As a backdrop, a special event organized at the PizzAut restaurant in Monza, at which he will also speak Simona Tironiregional councilor for Education and Training.

There couldn’t have been a better date: work has always been at the center of the PizzAut project. The founder of the project Nico Acampora he recalls it on every possible occasion, for example, when he offered it to the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella Pizza Article 1, alluding to the first article of our Constitution which is also based on the work of autistic boys and girls. To date, PizzAut employs people in its two pizzerias in Cassina de’ Pecchi and Monza 40 employees between waiters, pizza chefs and kitchen workers. Each of them is not just an employee of PizzAut but an efficient professional who commits himself during his working hours with determination and who in the future can be integrated into any other reality.

What is PizzAutBus?

PizzAutoBus is a fleet of 12 PizzAut-branded Food Trucks who will travel around Lombardy and Italy to multiply the opportunities for inclusion. The business plan of the PizzAutoBus project was curated and donated from PwC Italia and PwC Strategy&. The work proceeds quickly also thanks to the generous contribution of some companies who strongly support the inclusive project of the PizzAut association. Autogrill, Banca Progetto, Coop Lombardia, Danone Italia, Lombarda Motori, Rovagnati and Quantum Retail, Alviero Martini, L’Erbolario, Pandora, Piquadro and NAU!, are helping to form the PizzAutoBus fleet that will tour Italy. Furthermore, the Italian branch of Murata Electronics Europe BV hires a new person who will work at the Monza restaurant, as did Autogrill, which has one of its employees already operating in Monza.

«The involvement of these important companies at a national and international level is truly exciting for us. Theirs is a contribution to a more inclusive world. In fact, the PizzAutoBus project consists of creating a fleet of Food Trucks, at the moment we will start with 12 but the objective is to have one for each province of Italy, and to give the management of the Food Truck to non-profit associations which deal with Autism so as to offer “Aut” jobs throughout Italy. Each vehicle can employ up to 5 autistic people. We are organizing targeted courses to train around fifty autistic young people who will then work on the PizzAutoBus. Why do we do this? Because work is a fundamental vehicle of social inclusion, the PizzAut project was born exactly with this assumption and with the aim of transforming our boys and girls into active citizens, into taxpayers. PizzAut is a laboratory of social inclusion, an amplifier of our idea of the future, companies are the place where the result of this laboratory becomes reality.”

Refreshment decree and refreshment decree bis: how do they work? – Italian Cuisine

With the second lockdown, the government has provided new aid to the businesses most affected by the restrictions such as restaurants and bars. Here's what they provide and how to access the contributions

First the curfew at 11pm, then the opening only for lunch or in any case until 6pm, then only delivery and take away: Dpcm of this second lockdown they have followed one another each time with increasingly stringent limitations for restaurants, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, in order to contain the spread of coronavirus. To support the most penalized categories (that of restaurateurs, but not only), the Government has however foreseen new aids, formalized with the Refreshments Decree and with the Refreshments Decree bis. This second expands the audience of beneficiaries of the contributions of the first decree, for a total of 2.8 billion euros in disbursements.

Money on the account: who receives them automatically and who has to apply

It is about non-repayable contributions that are paid out directly to the current account of the applicant from the Revenue Agency. This new compensation will be automatic for those who had already received the contribution of Relaunch Decree of last April (payment in this case should take place by mid / late November), while the activities that request it for the first time, the activities that were not included in the first decrees or, again, the activities that had been rejected first question for a mistake, they will have to send the electronic application to the Revenue Agency and will receive the contribution, according to the government's objective, by the end of the year. The contribution limit depends on the sectors with a maximum limit of 150 thousand euros.

The Refreshments Decree

The Refreshments Law Decree published in the Official Gazette on 28 October provides:

– non-repayable indemnities with direct transfers to the current account, from 100% to 200% than the amount already disbursed in April with the Relaunch Decree. For some specific sectors, such as discos and dance halls, up to 400%;
– tax credit transferable at 60% for commercial rentals of the three months of October, November and December;
– cancellation of the IMU installment of December for owners and managers;
– suspension of the payment of social security contributions in favor of restricted sectors;
-more 6 weeks of layoffs, to be used between November 16, 2020 and January 31, 2021, which accompany the blocking of layoffs;
-supports to seasonal workers and to the tourism, agriculture and sport sectors;
-400 million euros for support forexports and at international fairs.

The Refreshments Decree bis

The Law Decree Refreshments bis was published in the Official Gazette on 9 November, about a week after the Prime Minister's Decree of 3 November, the one that decided to divide theItaly in areas of different colors (yellow, orange, red) depending on the severity of the health emergency, to provide for an additional allocation of resources and a wider audience of sectors affected by the limitations. The calculation of the contributions is based on Ateco codes, zones and coefficients. In addition to the aid, the decree contains the suspension of withholding taxes and VAT payments for the month of November, the cancellation of the second Imu installment, the suspension of social security contributions. Here is the detail.

The Ristori bis decree provides:
-for the red areas, non-repayable indemnities with direct transfers to the current account, up to 200% of what was already paid in April with the Relaunch Decree;
-for the orange and red areas an increase of 50% for ice cream parlors, bars, pastry shops and hotels which is added to the provisions of the first refreshment decree, reaching 200%;
– for some sectors new refreshments from 50% to 200% at a national level due to the new restrictions imposed by the Dpcm;
– extension of the deadline for payment of the second down payment for additional subjects, not included in the first relief decree, who apply the synthetic indexes of fiscal reliability;
– suspension of payments of social security and welfare contributions for private employers with operational headquarters in the territories affected by the new restrictive measures;
– also for the sectors affected in the red areas, cancellation of the IMU installment of December for owners and managers;
– also for the sectors affected in the red areas, transferable tax credit of 60% for commercial rentals of the three months of October, November and December.

Refreshments Decree Ter

The government is also working on a law decree Refreshments Ter to allocate additional funds, extend the contribution to other activities, further postpone tax deadlines. Furthermore, next year we can count on Budget maneuver. In fact, the bill provides, among other things, the allocation of 4 billion for the production activities most affected by the Coronavirus.
