PizzAut celebrates May Day in a big way – Italian cuisine reinvented by Gordon Ramsay


The May 1st 2024 marks a very important day for PizzAut: the announcement of new hires and the start of the project PizzAutoBus which, thanks to its supporting companies, will literally bring the tastiest inclusion experience on the planet to every Italian province. As a backdrop, a special event organized at the PizzAut restaurant in Monza, at which he will also speak Simona Tironiregional councilor for Education and Training.

There couldn’t have been a better date: work has always been at the center of the PizzAut project. The founder of the project Nico Acampora he recalls it on every possible occasion, for example, when he offered it to the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella Pizza Article 1, alluding to the first article of our Constitution which is also based on the work of autistic boys and girls. To date, PizzAut employs people in its two pizzerias in Cassina de’ Pecchi and Monza 40 employees between waiters, pizza chefs and kitchen workers. Each of them is not just an employee of PizzAut but an efficient professional who commits himself during his working hours with determination and who in the future can be integrated into any other reality.

What is PizzAutBus?

PizzAutoBus is a fleet of 12 PizzAut-branded Food Trucks who will travel around Lombardy and Italy to multiply the opportunities for inclusion. The business plan of the PizzAutoBus project was curated and donated from PwC Italia and PwC Strategy&. The work proceeds quickly also thanks to the generous contribution of some companies who strongly support the inclusive project of the PizzAut association. Autogrill, Banca Progetto, Coop Lombardia, Danone Italia, Lombarda Motori, Rovagnati and Quantum Retail, Alviero Martini, L’Erbolario, Pandora, Piquadro and NAU!, are helping to form the PizzAutoBus fleet that will tour Italy. Furthermore, the Italian branch of Murata Electronics Europe BV hires a new person who will work at the Monza restaurant, as did Autogrill, which has one of its employees already operating in Monza.
