Skewers of green chillies – Italian Cuisine

»Skewers of green chillies

First clean the peppers by removing stalks and seeds.

Wash them well under running water, then prepare a lightly fried garlic and oil in a large non-stick pan, add the peppers, salt and cook, turning them often to cook and brown evenly.

Drain on absorbent paper, then prepare the skewers: start with the basil (washed and dried), then chili pepper, mozzarella and new chili pepper.

The green chili peppers are ready, serve them immediately!
