Sesame chocolate truffles

4) Roll the piles so as to form many truffles, pass half of them in the light sesame seeds and the other half in the black sesame seeds. Transfer them in the fridge for at least 1 hour e serve them with black tea.

1) Knead the flour with diced cold butter, lo powdered sugar, a pinch of salt and the you working the ingredients quickly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

2) Divide it into blocks and form cylinders of 3 cm in diameter. Wrap them with cling film and put them in the freezer for 1 hour.

3) Remove the film and cut the cylinders into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush them with the albumen, sprinkle them with black sesame and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and serve cold.

1) Dissolve the butter in a pan and let them dry shallots peeled and finely chopped with ginger and a pinch of salt. Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary and cook until tender.

2) Take the sauce from the pan and keep it aside; pour in the same pan a couple of tablespoons of oil and sear the steaks 1 minute per side.

3) Transfer the steaks in a pan, add salt and pepper, cover with the sauté and pass them for 8-10 minutes in the oven at 200 °. Meanwhile, toast the Sesame seeds in a non-stick pan, then distribute them on the meat after removing it from the oven.

4) Garnish the steaks with some thyme leaf and, if you like, serve them with a salad.
