First, grate the tempeh with a large-hole grater (alternatively, you can crumble it with your hands).
Place water and soy sauce in a pan, mix, then add the tempeh.
Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat slightly and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the water has been completely absorbed.
Pour the tempeh into a bowl with breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and seeds.
Mix, then add the concentrate, puree and chopped parsley and mix.
With wet hands, create meatballs by taking one piece of dough at a time, placing them on the oven tray lined with baking paper. sprinkle with a little oil and cook for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden in a fan oven preheated to 200°C.
The tempeh meatballs are ready, all you have to do is enjoy them.
