1) Toast for a few moments i cumin seeds in a saucepan, then add it sugar and 70 ml of water; simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, then remove from heat and let cool. Filter it syrup.
2) Put all the ingredients in a shaker except the Bitter and the ice; shake for 1 minute, then add 10 ice cubes and shake a few moments. Pour the cocktail into the cups, complete with a few drops of Bitter and serve.
