Eataly Tiramisu Recipe – Italian Cuisine – Italian Cuisine


  • 200 g fresh cream 35%
  • 200 g fresh mascarpone
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 pcs egg yolks
  • 20 g bitter cocoa

  • 4 cups of coffee
