Ingredients
- 160 g skimmed milk
- 40 g Carnaroli rice
- 106 g strawberries
- 14 g sugar
- a vanilla bean
- bitter cocoa
- fresh mint
To make the sweet rice with the strawberries, bring the milk to the boil with the vanilla, add the rice and cook it for about 20 minutes (when the rice is cooked, it must be well cooked). Drain it, sugar it and remove the vanilla (the vanilla stick, washed and well dried, can be reused for another preparation). Put the rice in a mold and place it in the refrigerator to cool for about an hour. Wash the strawberries thoroughly, cut them into chunks. Turn out the rice and serve, sprinkled with cocoa, with strawberries and fresh mint leaves.
