Spring salad with palmito recipe


  • 300 g lollo curly salad
  • 200 g 2 tomatoes
  • a bunch of radishes
  • half a box of palmito
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • raspberry vinegar
  • salt

To prepare the spring salad with palmito, wash and peel the salad, then dry it well and put it in a salad bowl. Drain the palmito and cut it into chunks. Add it to the salad. Wash, cut into wedges and free the tomatoes from the seeds and add them to the preparation. Finally, clean the radishes, depriving them of the leaves and the tips; wash them carefully, dry them, cut them into slices and complete the mixed salad with them. Prepare the dressing: melt a pinch of salt with 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a small bowl, then emulsify, drop by drop, 3 tablespoons of oil. Season and serve the salad
