Brown sugar to exfoliate the skin

Has staying closed at home made the complexion off? To combat the dull complexion, the made-to-measure homemade ingredient is cane sugar. "It contains glycolic acid which has a real exfoliating action on the skin," says Annamaria Previati. This mask deeply nourishes the skin and helps counteract pimples and impurities.

Apple to illuminate the complexion

«The apple is a fruit rich in anti-aging substances. Among these, vitamin A and vitamin C stand out. It also contains pectin, a fiber that stimulates cell renewal. Finally, it is rich in malic acid, which promotes softness and hydration ". To prepare a mask based on this fruit, the expert suggests, "simply mix a grated apple with 2 tablespoons of plain white yogurt. Apply the mixture on the skin of the face as if it were a cream and leave it to act for 5 minutes before rinsing .

Dull skin and hair?

Honey to nourish brittle hair

Are the locks ruined and easily broken? To counteract dry and brittle hair, honey can be used. It has emollient and super moisturizing properties. «Mix 4 spoons of honey, 4 of plain white yogurt and 1 of sunflower oil in a bowl. Apply the mixture on dry hair before shampooing, massaging it on the scalp and lengths. Leave it on for at least half an hour. Then rinse thoroughly and proceed with the shampoo, making the last rinse with apple cider vinegar ", says Annamaria Previati.
