Let's say that you are organizing a dinner at your home and that you want to offer your guests with a welcome drink or of end of dinner. A good prosecco or a sip of amaro are always welcome, it is true, but why not surprise them by serving a cocktail? You don't necessarily need to be an expert mixologist or have special tools, just respect the proportions and voilà, that's it … No, the cocktail is done!

Hugo
Let's start with something simple and undemanding from an alcoholic point of view. Hugo is very thirst-quenching and is perfect for an aperitif based on savory dishes such as cured meats, cheeses or canapés.

300 ml of Prosecco
4 tablespoons of elderberry syrup
150 ml of sparkling water
10 leaves of mind
Lime or lemon

Servings for two glasses:
60 ml of Campari
60 ml of red Vermouth
soda
1 slice of orange
1 lemon
Ice

First of all, take a potato peeler, peel the lemon and cut the zest in regular slices. Then, fill a glass (preferably a tumbler) with some ice cubes, about ¾ and pour in each glass 30 ml of Campari and red Vermouth and finish with a splash of soda. Now that your cocktail is ready you can garnish each glass with half a slice of orange and lemon zest.


Gin Tonic with elderberry and grapefruit

4 glasses of Gin
8 juniper berries
1 pink grapefruit
4 tablespoons of Elderberry syrup
Tonic water

Start from base: put the juniper berries in a paper bag and beat them lightly to release all the aromas, put two in each glass. Then, add 2 tablespoons of elderberry syrup and mix everything. Now that the base is ready add 4 ice cubes in each glass, 2 small glasses of gin and fill the glass with tonic water. Complete the drink with a grapefruit wedge.


Martini

Pour the cocktail into the cups while retaining the ice, add to each cup one or more green olives strung on a stick and serve.


Goodnight Cocktail
The drink dedicated to George Clooney based on vodka, cranberry, lime and ginger. This cocktail is perfect to end a dinner or an evening.

10 cl of Vodka
6 cl of cranberry juice
8 drops of Angostura Bitters
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 cucumber
1 lime
2 pieces of ginger
red currants for garnish

First of all cut the lime into 4 parts and peel the ginger making 2 slices for each glass. Then, remove the peel from the cucumber and set aside 2 strips.
Take two glasses Old Fashioned and crush the lime with 1 teaspoon of sugar, the 2 slices of ginger and 1 of the two strips of cucumber peel.
Now add 5cl of Vodka, 3cl of cranberry juice and 4 drops of Angostura Bitters to each glass. Fill each glass with flaky ice and mix everything together. Decorate the drink with a bunch of blackcurrant and the cucumber slice rolled up on itself.

In recent days a turin more voices have been heard: some chefs who have decided to start imagining a future for their business, others who have preferred not to open, not even with a service of delivery. Everyone in his own way is right. Today we tell you about those who have started or are about to start a service home delivery for its customers.

Restaurants

Eragoffi with Eraway
A nice, new and original initiative dedicated to delivery comes from the restaurant EraGoffi led by chef Lorenzo Careggio. It is an interactive home delivery and dish making service. Like all restaurants, EraGoffi has also stopped since March 9 for problems related to Covid-19, but the property, together with the chef, has decided to return to serve its customers at home with two dedicated menus: omnivore and vegetarian. The menus, which are delivered in Turin and the first belt, will change weekly and it will be possible to order them from Monday to Sunday by 18:00 on the delivery day (at a single cost of 35 euros, delivery included and payments by Satispay, credit card or cash) to the number 3467470782 or by sending an email to info@eragoffi.it
The various menus can be combined, at an additional cost, with the bottles selected from the local wine list by choosing from 25 labels: from Italian and French bubbles to white, red, rosé and sweet wines.

The proposals of the week
The ordered dishes will arrive cooked, but cold. In fact, it will be necessary to regenerate them at home and this will be possible through the information present in the box ordered, through a video recipe by Lorenzo Careggio to be requested when ordering or by participating every evening at 8 pm at the direct Instagram on the @eragoffi page: here the chef will explain in real time, also answering customer questions, how to complete the recipe.
EraWayIn short, it is not a simple order, but the creation of a small daily event within the home where you can talk to the chef and cook with him to complete 20% of the ordered dish.

Opera
The delivery of Opera restaurant, service available for both lunch and dinner. The delivery is made by the restaurant master, in full compliance with the Presidential Decree of 8 March 2020 and subsequent amendments. Chef Stefano Sforza has developed a delivery menu that will allow customers to enjoy his cuisine again. The dishes that are normally found on the menu at the restaurant will not be served, but a revised formula adapted according to the rules of delivery and the availability of raw materials. All the necessary items will arrive in the houses to complete the proposals designed by the chef, accompanied by simple instructions on the times and methods of cooking, such as in the case of roasted Gnocco, strong ricotta, radicchio, Pecan nuts, or Ombrina al cartoccio or, again , del Fusillo, lemon and herring. In other cases, such as for pork shank, butter potato, broad beans, pecorino cheese or steamed asparagus, grapefruit, egg, thyme bread, where cooking requires special skills and equipment, the dishes will arrive at the customers' home. to be heated only, with the appropriate indications by chef Sforza.
It will be possible to pair wines with the chef's dishes thanks to a menu specially selected by the sommelier Carlo Salino.

Carlo & Camillo (GH Sitea)
The restaurant has activated the delivery service through some apps such as Glovo where you can order dishes for both lunch and dinner. The Carlo & Camillo crew, led by chef Fabrizio Tesse, is available to customers to brighten these quarantine weeks.

San Giors
