Grape and cucumber salad – Italian Cuisine

Wash the grapes and cucumber well: cut the grapes in half (and, if you want, remove the seeds); peel the cucumber with a potato peeler and cut it in half and then into slices.

Cut the feta into cubes, combine everything in a bowl and season with salt and oil.

The grape and cucumber salad is ready, decorated with flax seeds and served.

Grape Sausages – Grape Sausages Recipe – Italian Cuisine

First of all, wash the grapes well and cut the berries in half to remove the grapes.

Prick the sausages, place them in a non-stick pan with very little oil and start cooking, browning them over low heat with a lid for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so that they brown evenly.
Remove the lid, raise the heat and deglaze with the wine, then add the grapes and cook for a few minutes, stirring gently so as not to break the berries

The grape sausages are ready, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Chicken and grape skewers – Italian Cuisine

First cut the chicken into chunks, then wash the grapes well and remove the stalks.

Assemble the skewers, alternating a piece of chicken and a grape.

Prepare an emulsion with oil, salt, honey and lemon juice and brush it on the skewers.
Heat a grill pan well over the fire and, when it is very red-hot, cook the skewers, turning them to brown and cook evenly.

The chicken and grape skewers are ready, serve them immediately.
