First of all, wash the grapes well and cut the berries in half to remove the grapes.
Prick the sausages, place them in a non-stick pan with very little oil and start cooking, browning them over low heat with a lid for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so that they brown evenly.
Remove the lid, raise the heat and deglaze with the wine, then add the grapes and cook for a few minutes, stirring gently so as not to break the berries
