First of all, wash and dry the grapes well, then melt the chocolate (I used the milk one, but the dark or white one is fine too: if you use the latter, however, you will have to change the type of chocolate for the decoration, of course) in the microwave (or in a bain-marie).
Dip the berries in the chocolate, covering them completely, placing them gradually on a tray lined with parchment paper.
One at a time, skewer your chocolate berries on the skewers, then place them on a clean sheet of parchment paper.
let it rest in the fridge for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely dry, then decorate with the melted white chocolate, using a pastry bag with a very small spout.
The chocolate grape skewers are ready: let the white chocolate also solidify before serving.
