Uncooked rolls: some ideas


Here are many ideas for preparing rolls without cooking. Because when it's very hot you have to eat raw, healthy and light.

Who wants to turn on the stove in these sultry summer days? Virtually none. So let's try making some raw rolls with vegetables.

Raw food

The new trend of recent years is the raw food, i.e. the raw food.

They are very nice to serve at the table and practical to eat with your hands.

Maki

Another highly appreciated raw roll is the typically Japanese one: maki.
It is prepared with nori seaweed which are found on the market in herbalists and supermarkets and is generally filled with rice, but for the raw variant we can put a maki inside all the raw vegetables that we like most. Always use a creamy ingredient keep the others together, for example cream prepared with avocado pulp, or mashed legumes.
