Put the flour together with the yeast in a bowl and pour in the center: egg, vanilla, condensed milk.
Mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Take the dough again, divide it into 20 pieces, then form the biscuits: make a long and thin cord from each piece, then roll it on itself to form a snail.

Continue like this, forming all the biscuits on the baking tray covered with parchment paper, spacing them a little apart.
Then bake at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes or until they start to brown in a hot oven.

The snails with condensed milk are ready: if you can, let them at least cool before sprinkling them with icing sugar and eat them.
