  • extra virgin olive oil

To prepare the peas chips, mix 3 tablespoons of 00 flour (or even breadcrumbs) with 1 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil obtaining a mixture
