TO Milan, in the days preceding the Christmas, the events dedicated to panettone are so many. You have no excuse for not going in search of your favorite to bring to the table during the holidays. The day 8 and 9 December you will have another chance: Artists of the Panettone it will be the event that from 10 to 19.30 the historian will animate Palazzo dei Giureconsulti of Piazza Mercato 2, a stone's throw from the Duomo.
Panettoni from north to south
With the most famous Italian pastry chefs you will make a journey from north to south of Italy to discover the many interpretations of the Milanese Christmas cake: we will start from Lombardy, where the panettone is the undisputed king of tradition with the master Iginio Massari, Vincenzo Santoro of La Martesana e Maurizio Bonanomi, then move to Alta Badia together with Andrea Tortora Rosa Alpina hotel and the St. Hubertus restaurant, reign of the tristellato chef Norbert Niederkofler. Greedy competition
The Panettone artists participating in the event will then collide in one greedy challenge with the number one in the Gazzagolosa ranking and with the best under 35. The best panettone will be awarded live on December 9 by a jury presided over by Master of the Masters Iginio Massari and composed by Alessandro Borghese, Lodovica Comello, Giuseppe Cruciani, Diletta Leotta, Trio Medusa, Pierluigi Pardo and Pupo with technical supervision by Debora Massari .
The Artists of Panettone on TV
All the Panettone artists are also the protagonists of the TV format of the same name on Sky Uno. Ten episodes dedicated to the best interpreters of the panettone, which will be joined by one on the Master of the Masters, Iginio Massari, who will also have the role of introducing and closing each episode. At the end of each monograph, the 10 artists will propose one anti-waste recipe made with panettone leftovers.
