Don Juan's Christmas package to feel in Argentina, even at home
If we think of Argentine cuisine, here we are dreaming of empanadas and meats cooked to perfection, but also chimicurri, the special sauce, with an exotic touch and unmistakable that accompanies and enhances Argentine dishes. IS Don Juan, the historic Argentine restaurant in Milan, has created a box to invite its customers to prepare a state-of-the-art chimichurri at home so as not to lose contact with the flavors of Argentina even during this period of forced distances and closures. From 1 December, as well as being able to enjoy Don Juan dishes through the delivery service, it will be possible to order a Christmas box containing the perfect ingredients to prepare the typical sauce. The first ingredient present in the package,PuntoZero oil, a Venetian wine company, a superior category cold-pressed olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. The second is secret (it can only be discovered by opening the package), and is the main protagonist of the chimichurri sauce, a particular flavor that cannot be found in Italy that will give a unique warmth to your dishes. And then, in combination with the dishes you will serve, an excellent one Argentine wine chosen by Marlene Gomes, landlady with Giorgio Beretta.
