Sometimes it only takes a few minutes and only three ingredients to satisfy our most greedy desires. Try these three desserts with three ingredients, suitable for every moment and to prepare effortlessly, in advance or at the last moment.
1. Cake with 3 super chocolaty ingredients
We prepare a dessert without yeast, without flour is without milk. You will certainly find the ingredients for this cake in the pantry: 300 g of chocolate, 70 g of butter and 4 eggs. The result will be a cake with a slightly crunchy surface and a moist and sinful interior. There is no sugar in this cake, so it is perfect for lovers of dark chocolate. Alternatively, use milk chocolate for a sweeter taste.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it, passing it quickly in the microwave or in a bain-marie; add the soft butter and stir. Whisk the eggs for about 10 minutes. By not using other ingredients, such as yeast, you will have to try to incorporate as much air as possible. Begin to add the chocolate and butter mixture, continuing to stir from the bottom upwards, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into the pan and bake at 160 degrees in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool and serve, possibly dusting with icing sugar.
2. Very easy coffee semifreddo
This dessert with 3 ingredients is very easy and is prepared without turning on the oven. You will need: 500 ml of already sweetened whipping cream, 175 g of condensed milk and 1 cup of coffee. Prepare the coffee and, after having cooled it, mix it with condensed milk to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and add the coffee cream, stirring gently from bottom to top. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold or into an aluminum mold covered with kitchen film. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 5 hours. Turn out the semifreddo on a serving plate and serve.
3. Quick coconut balls
This is also a dessert without cooking, without butter is without eggs, to be prepared with only three ingredients: 300 g of coconut rapè, 100 g of icing sugar and 500 g of ricotta.
First mix the sugar with the ricotta and then add 250 g of coconut rapè, until you get a very homogeneous mixture. Create some balls, helping yourself with your hands and with a spoon, and pass them in the remaining 50 g of coconut rapè. Arrange them on a serving plate and let them rest in the fridge for an hour or in the freezer for 15 minutes. Very easy!
