How to prepare coffee granita
1) Prepare the syrup. Collect in one steel cabinet sugar and water, put it on the heat and melt the sugar; cook the syrup until you sail the spoon, then remove from the heat and let it cool.
2) Then add the small espresso coffee, mix it well with the syrup to obtain a homogeneous liquid e pour it into metal containers (disposable freezer trays are also fine), filling them no more than 2 thirds so that they can be easily mixed during the freezing phase.

3) Put the trays in the freezer for at least half an hour and as soon as the mixture starts to freeze off the hardened parts from the walls, then mix everything with a spoon. Put back in the freezer and occasionally stir until you get one granita homogeneous and creamy.
