Tuna Steak Recipe - Italian Cuisine


  • 600 g 2 cm thick slices of tuna fillet
  • 60 g Alpha alpha and cress sprouts

  • 1 pc Anchovy fillet in oil

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
