Recipe Porcini and dried fruit salad


  • 200 g Porcini mushrooms
  • 160 g Clean mixed salads
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
  • Dry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Mix 50 g of oil with a tablespoon of dried fruit, a slice of garlic, which will then be eliminated, some basil leaves and a pinch of salt.

Clean the porcini mushrooms with a damp cloth; remove the final part of the stem and slice them.

Arrange the salads on the plate, complete with the sliced ​​porcini mushrooms, season with the flavored oil, mix gently and serve.
