Ingredients
- 200 g Porcini mushrooms
- 160 g Clean mixed salads
- Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds)
- Dry tomatoes
- Garlic
- Basil
- Extra virgin olive oil

Mix 50 g of oil with a tablespoon of dried fruit, a slice of garlic, which will then be eliminated, some basil leaves and a pinch of salt.
Clean the porcini mushrooms with a damp cloth; remove the final part of the stem and slice them.
Arrange the salads on the plate, complete with the sliced porcini mushrooms, season with the flavored oil, mix gently and serve.
