  • 375 g peeled hazelnuts
  • 300 g sugar
  • 200 g fresh cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g egg white
  • 35 g honey
  • 35 g bitter cocoa

Collect it in a pastry bag with a star nozzle and distribute it in tufts on a plate lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 ° C for 10-12 minutes; take them out of the oven and let them cool, then spread a little cream on half of them and pair them with the others, obtaining kisses.
