Recipe Rolls of sole stuffed with courgette flowers – Italian Cuisine


  • 160 g crumb
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 16 g shelled prawn tails

Maki

It is prepared with nori seaweed which are found on the market in herbalists and supermarkets and is generally filled with rice, but for the raw variant we can put a maki inside all the raw vegetables that we like most.   • 100 g Emmentaler Dop
  • 100 g celery
  • 5 slices of carne salada
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • pepper

Cut the Emmentaler Dop into thin sticks; peel the same amount of celery and cut it into sticks. Mix all the sticks, season with oil and pepper and wrap them, in bunches, in slices of carne salada.
