  • 700 g turkey breast
  • 400 g green beans
  • 6 pcs egg yolks
  • 2 pcs shallots

For the recipe of turkey fricassee with green beans, clean the turkey, removing the fat and the ribs, cut it into 2-3 cm morsels and flour them.
