If you often give up preparing a cake at home because you find it too tiring, here is the recipe for you. Is called cake of the 7 little jars and his name takes over the very simple unit of measure which is used to prepare the mixture. It starts in fact from one 125 ml jar of yogurt and do not need scales or other tools to weigh the ingredients. The result? A cake simple, fluffy, light that does not require the use of butter, but ofseed oil. Let's find out how to prepare it together.

Ingredients

1 jar of 125 ml white yogurt

2 jars of flour 00

2 jars of sugar

1 jar of potato starch

1 jar of seed oil

1 sachet of baking powder for 16 gr

3 eggs

Method

In a bowl pour a jar of white yogurt. Using the same, measure two of sugar and add them to the yogurt. Mount with a whisk. Divide the yolks from the whites and pour the reds into the mixture of yogurt and sugar. Then proceed with the seed oil, to be poured flush with the whisk operated.

Sift the flour and add it, a little at a time, to the dough. Separately whisk the egg whites and, when they are firm, gently and movements from top to bottom, incorporate them to the rest.

Turn on the oven a 180 ° C and when it is hot, bake the dough you have poured into a buttered cake tin. The cake of the 7 jars must cook around 40 minutes. Evaluate if the cooking is finished piercing the dough with a toothpick.

The extra touch

You can add to the basic dough chocolate chips, essence of vanilla, grated lemon, cinnamon, dried fruit and the ingredients you like best. Or you can serve the cake of the 7 jars stuffed, with chocolate cream or jam for example.
