Sugar-free cookies: three recipes to prepare them

Does this seem like a mission impossible? Instead, using the natural sugars of the fruit, you can prepare real delights

Just a little sugar and the pill goes down … but the scale goes up and the blood sugar too! So, if for example you can't do without biscuits for breakfast, at least try to make them sugar-free. Here are some ideas.

Sugar-free cookies with fruit

Before moving on to the recipes we want to suggest some tips to use less granulated sugar, but more fruit.
Yes, because fruit is naturally sweet and can be an excellent and healthy alternative.
You can for example use the pulp of bananas, better if particularly ripe and therefore very sweet, but also dates, prunes and dried apricots, raisins and other dried fruit to be minced to mix with the dough.
You can also replace sugar with stevia which, however, has an aftertaste that not everyone likes.
But the real turning point is there apple compote which we suggest you always keep in the refrigerator.
It is prepared by cooking the diced apples in the oven at 170 ° for one hour or in a saucepan over low heat for three hours.
To make everything tastier and more fragrant, we suggest you add plenty of cinnamon.
Once soft, blend the apples and use this cream on bread instead of jam or in doughs instead of sugar.

Sugar-free cookies with natural sweeteners

In addition to dehydrated fruit and apple compote, you can sweeten sugar-free cookies with almond milk and coconut, thecoconut oil, spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and chopped fennel seeds.
If you are very greedy, don't give up on chocolate. However, it should be 70-80% dark.

Sugar-free cookies with oats and banana

These sugar-free cookies are super easy to make and very healthy.
The sweetness is there because they are based on banana, so it is not really necessary to add sugar.
They are prepared simply by mashing the pulp of two bananas and adding 100 g of oats, preferably in small flakes.
Once the mixture is ready, you can also flavor it with cinnamon, or add raisins or chocolate chips, but that's already perfect.
Pour it with a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper forming small mounds and cook at 180 ° in a static oven for about 15 minutes.

Light biscuits, seeds and berries

These sugar-free cookies also have an oat base and are very easy to prepare, with just a few extra ingredients.
Just chop 200 g of oat flakes, better if small, with 100 g of Medjoul dates or dried plums, 50 ml of sunflower or coconut oil and 30 g of water.
Then add 1 tablespoon of coarsely chopped almonds, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons of goji berries, 1 tablespoon of raisins and a pinch of salt.
The mixture does not blend like a pastry, but if you compact it a little with your hands, you can work.
Also in this case form mounds, flatten them a little on the parchment paper and cook at 180 ° for 15 minutes.

Sugar-free cocoa biscuits

These sugar-free cookies will appeal to children and are a quick and healthy snack.
Blend 100 g of dates with 60 g of bitter cocoa, 30 g of almonds and three egg whites.
Then add a tablespoon of coconut oil and blend again.
Add to the creamy mixture 40 g of oat flakes and 30 g of grated coconut and form cookies.
Cook them at 170 ° in a static oven for 5 minutes and then turn them over and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes.
If you add some dark chocolate flakes they are even better!
