Recipe "Milan green" courgettes marinated with honey and fennel – Italian Cuisine


  • 4 green courgettes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 50 g apple cider vinegar
  • 1 spring onion
  • 4 bay leaves
  • fennel seeds
  • pink pepper

To prepare the "green Milanese" courgettes marinated with honey and fennel, cut 4 green courgettes into 2-3 mm thick strips and arrange them in a bowl.
emulsified 100 g of extra virgin olive oil with 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 50 g of apple cider vinegar; add 1 sliced ​​spring onion, 4 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds and 1 of pink pepper.
Pour on the courgettes and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
