Ingredients
- 500 g sliced chicken breast
- 100 g boiled spinach
- grated Parmesan
- lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
For the chicken and spinach rolls recipe, beat the chicken slices, chop the spinach with the knife. Salt the slices, spread over the spinach, plenty of grated parmesan and a pinch of grated lemon rind.
Roll up the slices, stop them with a toothpick and brown them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil. Pour the rolls with the lemon juice and cook for 4-5 minutes.
