Recipe Chicken and spinach rolls


  • 500 g sliced ​​chicken breast
  • 100 g boiled spinach
  • grated Parmesan
  • lemon
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

For the chicken and spinach rolls recipe, beat the chicken slices, chop the spinach with the knife. Salt the slices, spread over the spinach, plenty of grated parmesan and a pinch of grated lemon rind.
