In the meantime, prepare the dough: work the butter with sugar, salt and flour until the mixture is crumbly, then add the sifted yeast and eggs.
Finally, add the pumpkin, now warm, honey and spices.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and cook for about 45 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.
