First of all, unroll the puff pastry and cut it out in the shape of a chestnut, as you can see in the photo, and arrange it on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
With the scraps of pastry, create strips about 1 cm wide, then use them to create a border along the outer edge of the chestnut.
Stuffed with chestnut jam (leaving the raised edge free), then decorate the tip with chopped hazelnuts, so that the optical effect recalls the typical alternation of color of the chestnut, then brush the edges with a little of milk and cook for about 15 minutes at 200 ° C in a preheated convection oven.
The pastry with chestnuts is ready, let it at least cool before serving.
