Puff pastry recipe with yogurt and strawberries


  • 340 g Greek yogurt
  • 280 g puff pastry
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 15 g sliced ​​almonds
  • vanilla icing sugar
  • lemon

For the recipe of puff pastry with yogurt and strawberries, cut 4 puffs of about 12 cm in diameter from the puff pastry and puncture them in the center. Sprinkle them with almonds, brush them with water and sprinkle them with icing sugar. Place them well apart on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake them at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.

Remove the puff pastry discs and gently squeeze them in the center: the edge will be higher, forming a kind of tartlet. Cut the strawberries into wedges. Work the yogurt with 30 g of icing sugar, the finely grated zest of half a lemon and a few drops of juice. Spread a quarter of the yogurt in the center of each puff pastry and complete with the sliced ​​strawberries.
