First peel the broccoli and divide them into florets, then peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or chunks.

Put everything (broccoli and potatoes) in a saucepan, cover with plenty of water and cook until soft (it will take 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the chunks), then drain (keep all the cooking water) , season with salt, pepper, oil and Parmesan cheese and blend, adding a little cooking water to make the cream more fluid.

In the remaining cooking water, cook the pasta, draining it al dente.

Brown the speck in a non-stick pan with garlic and oil.
Finally assemble the dish, combining the pasta, the cream and the speck (keep a few pieces of speck aside for decoration).

The pasta with potato cream and broccoli is ready: serve, decorate with the speck set aside and serve.
