Ingredients
- 70 g Sardinian gnocchetti
- 40 g boiled chickpeas
- 40 g cabbage leaves
- 20 g onion
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- dried chilli
- chives
- salt
For the recipe of pasta and chickpeas with cabbage, place the gnocchetti in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, thinly slice the onion and brown it with a teaspoon of oil, add the cabbage cut into strips (use the tender and central leaves of the coast) and let it stew.
Spend half of the chickpeas. Drain the pasta, season it with the braised cabbage, the past and the whole chickpeas flavoring it all with the second teaspoon of oil and a pinch of red pepper. Chop some chives, then sprinkle over the pasta.
