But that's not enough. Like a volcano in full eruption, Francesco Panella returns to TV with a new project aimed at supporting less fortunate colleagues by giving advice to fix their business models and help to understand how to deal with a changed reality.

Let's rekindle the fires

He started with a tam-tam from his Instagram account which has about 150 thousand followers, Francesco Panella has chosen five family-run restaurants, just as the great majority in our country are, and just as many families as protagonists of the first edition of "LET'S RESTART THE FIRES ". The new program produced by EndemolShine Italy for Discovery Italy will air from 26 October every Monday at 21:25 on NINE and available in streaming on Dplay.

To rekindle not only the fires, but also hope, he will think about it Francesco Panella, who returns to Italy for the occasion and makes himself available for support parents, children, siblings, who share life and work and who risk losing everything if the business doesn't work. In each episode Francesco, thanks to the help of an accomplice – a relative or a friend of the restaurateur – will be able to infiltrate undercover and with hidden cameras inside the restaurants: only in this way will he be able to observe closely and without filters the real problems of these activities. After the unveiling, he will want to see the owner at work in order to identify errors and propose real solutions.

The format provides for the presence of a secret customer, or a professional in the sector who will give his opinion on the restaurant: our Director Maddalena Fossati; Allan Bay, journalist and food critic for Corriere della Sera; the chef Arcangelo Dandini; Andrea Grignaffini, food critic of the L’Espresso group; Bernardo Toccafondi, social media manager of Eataly Net.
