The purpose of the initiative declared by I Love Italian Food in fact it is clear: "defend our products by relying on our food and wine patriotism and, at the same time, make it clear through a practical lesson on food cost, that quality remains the true convenience that is the basis of our cuisine, the figure that unites our past, present and future at the table.".
