Ravioli and tortellini

When it comes to recycling, meatballs never fail. Prepare them with 300 g of boiled meat, a slice of bread, a glass of milk, a clove of garlic, two tablespoons of grated cheese, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and 1 egg, salt and pepper.
