The recipe is very easy, you just have to be careful not to make the caramel harden too much, the trick is to prepare them together: rest assured, follow the recipe step by step and you can't go wrong!
Place the sugar on the bottom of a non-stick pan creating a circle with a hole in the center.
Pour the oil in the center, then put the corn on the oil and start cooking over medium-low heat with a lid. continuously stirring the pan.
Continue cooking, still stirring, without ever opening the lid, until you continue to hear crackling, then remove from the heat.
The caramelized popcorn is ready, divide them into 2 bowls or pour them all into a large bowl and enjoy them!
