Butter and milk chocolate biscuits recipe – Italian Cuisine

  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g soft butter
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 200 g chopped milk chocolate
  • 65 g caster sugar
  • 4 g salt
  • 4 g baking soda
  • half a vanilla bean

For the recipe for butter and milk chocolate biscuits, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, baking soda, chocolate, seeds scraped with half a vanilla pod and butter.

Form two sausages of 5 cm in diameter, each wrap in two sheets of parchment paper and leave them to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour: in the end even the heart must be cold.

Remove the paper and cut the sausages into slices just under 1 cm thick. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
