1 avocado pulp


First open the avocado, remove the seed and extract the pulp.

Put the avocado pulp in a mixer with all the other ingredients (lime juice and peel, salt, pepper and oil) and blend until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous sauce.

The avocado mayonnaise is ready, you can eat it immediately or keep it in the fridge, well closed, for 2-3 days.
