25 snacks to stay light – Italian Cuisine

THEn all balanced diets are advised to eat a mid-morning and one afternoon snack, so as not to get hungry at main meals and take the right energy from fruits, vegetables and other light and nutritious foods. Making a snack with a snack, a slice of cake or a packet of chips in fact, is not recommended because it increases the intake of fat, carbohydrates and sugars, neglecting our need for vitamins and minerals.

The energy balance: snacks at no cost (calories!)

Did you know that our body only consumes 100 calories by activating breakfast? This means that if you choose a small snack for less than 100 calories for a snack, you will not have added any calories to your daily energy balance. This, especially during the diet, helps you to break the hunger, to recover energy, vitamins and mineral salts, without putting the diet at risk!

As summer approaches, it is good to eat foods that can hydrate our body like watermelon, melon, pineapple, smoothies and centrifuges able to integrate liquids without bringing many calories to the meals of the day. Here are 25 light and nutritious snacks to combine fruit, vegetables, yogurt and other foods with taste and imagination.

To bite: mini quinoa burgers with carrots, carrot gazpacho with celeriac, muesli with yogurt and fresh fruit, carrot carpaccio, green apple and hazelnuts, rosemary watermelon carpaccio with avocado cream, mixed fruit caramel skewers, exotic cup, marinated lemon grass strawberries, vegetable and fruit sorbet, marinated ginger beef with mango, pineapple carpaccio with peach sauce, warm apricots with macaroons, fresh snack, vegetable and fruit mix with boiled egg, watermelon and raspberries with yoghurt ice cream, ice cream Tutti Frutti, aromatic snack, apricot soup with strawberries and crispy sesame, marinated peaches and bergamot sorbet, exotic snack.
