Ingredients
- 600 g lamb pulp
- paprika powder
- thyme
- tomato concentrate
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
For the recipe some kebabs, cut the lamb meat into regular cubes and skewer it on spit sticks.
Cook them on sweet embers or on a wire rack, turning them continuously, with a few sprigs of thyme. Salt at the end.
Jumbled up 25 g of paprika powder with 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, 4 tablespoons of oil and 2 of water, obtaining a sauce. Serve brushed on the skewers or in a separate bowl, in which to dip them.
