Recipe Apple fritters in beer batter


  • 120 g Flour 00
  • 80 g Beer
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • 3 pcs Apples
  • Butter
  • salt

To prepare the recipe, mix the eggs with the sugar, flour and a pinch of salt and mix the batter with the beer.

Peel the apples, cut them and cut 24 round washers 0.5 cm thick.
