Distribute the coconut cream, spelled and vegetables on the plates, garnished with toasted cashews, completed with coriander leaves and served.

  • 5 salted anchovies

Chop a sprig of parsley and add it to the sauce. Drain the artichokes, spread the leaves well and place them on a serving dish; sprinkle with the sweet and sour sauce and bring to the table.
