Sweet focaccia recipe with white grapes


  • 300 g White grapes
  • 280 g Flour
  • 120 g Milk
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 40 g Soft butter
  • 6 g Fresh brewer's yeast
  • 3 pcs Yolks
  • salt
  • Vanilla

Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast and sugar in it. Mix the flour with the milk, then add the egg yolks, one at a time, then 40 g of soft butter, a pinch of salt, the seeds scraped from half a vanilla pod.

Put the dough in a bowl, seal it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30. Divide the berries in half and carefully remove the seeds. Grease and flour a mold (diameter 27 cm, h 5 cm). Roll out the dough, arrange it in the mold, cover the entire surface with the half berries, sprinkle with brown sugar and let the sweet focaccia rise for 1 hour and 30, covered with a damp cloth. Bake the focaccia at 200 ° C for 30. Take it out of the oven, let it cool, then turn it out of the mold and serve it in slices.
