  • 460 g flour
  • 160 g sugar
  • 130 g milk
  • 60 g sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • lemon
  • salt

Add the oil and the remaining milk, little by little, continuing to knead. Divide the dough into balls of 30 g each. Line a plate with parchment paper, lay the balls on them, squeezing them well to give the shape of a round biscuit, sprinkle the surface with the remaining sugar and bake at 180 ° C for 15-16 minutes.
